For more than 10 years our company has provided quality, fast and comprehensive technical support for multi-site facilities. We seek an Assistant Sales Support Specialist for the Sales and Business Development Department at our Başakşehir headquarters.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· At least an associate degree in a relevant field,

· At least three years’ experience in customer relations, telesales, outbound sales, sales operations or sales support,

· Good knowledge of MS Office,

· Ability to keep pace with a dynamic, innovative and fast-growing organisation,

· Strong communication skills, solution-oriented and proactive,

· Clear diction and a professional appearance,

· Disciplined follow-through and good time management,

· Ability to travel independently to Başakşehir/İkitelli,

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Contact prospective customers by phone, email, LinkedIn and other networking channels,

· Plan and schedule customer visits and meetings,

· Follow sales support and pre- and post-sales processes and assist the department manager,

· Track tender and contract processes and support sales operations,

· Support cost collection, supplier quotation and proposal preparation,

· Support marketing activities.

Our multi-site facility management company seeks an Operations Manager to join the Operations Unit at our NurolPark/Güneşli head office in Istanbul.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage scheduled maintenance and technical services for the assigned customer portfolio,

· Manage customer relationships,

· Improve operational efficiency and business volume for each customer group,

· Ensure 24/7 operational continuity for emergency calls,

· Visit customers, represent the company professionally and manage relationships proactively,

· Maintain and measure customer satisfaction and take improvement action where needed,

· Prepare weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans, implement them with internal and external teams and coordinate those teams,

· Manage and support the development of reporting operations specialists and assistant specialists,

· Track revenue, profitability, SLAs and KPIs through the ERP system and take corrective action,

· Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual portfolio reports for management,

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Engineering degree, preferably mechanical, electrical or civil engineering,

· At least four years’ experience in facility management operations and process improvement,

· Good written and spoken English,

· Strong communication skills and proactive customer communication,

· Experience managing processes end to end,

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

· Competence in planning, management, organisation and reporting,

· A category B driving licence and active driving ability.

· Reports to: Director of Operations and Process Development

· Potential direct reports: Operations Specialist and Field Technical Service Staff

General Qualifications

· Electrical vocational high school or university graduate, or holder of an electrical vocational qualification,

· At least two years’ experience in electrical technical services,

· Previous mobile technical service experience in shopping centres preferred,

· Team-oriented and able to work overtime when needed,

· Active driver, preferably with an SRC4 certificate,

· At least ten years’ experience in air conditioning and refrigeration,

· Ability to diagnose and repair VRF/VRV faults and perform necessary maintenance,
